She is especially enthusiastic about the Watermark line of gourmet specialty foods offered by Belair and opportunity to assist customers in getting the most out of the those delicious and unusual products.

Allison comes to Belair with a wealth of information gained at the side of her mom who was a wonderful cook and a food writer for the Christian Science Monitor. In fact, Allison's first employment efforts were in a catering business which she started at age 13 doing dinner parties for her parents' friends. While at Cornell University, she supported herself working at several establishments including the Moosewood Restaurant, famous for its numerous vegetarian cookbooks.
